    Your TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

SENATE BILL 162

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, remove the brackets and the line through "In addition to the investments required by Subsections F and G of this section", strike "No" and insert in lieu thereof ", no" and on lines 22 and 23, strike the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof "one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000)".

    2. On page 4, line 16, remove the brackets and the line-through.

    3. On page 5, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and the line through "In addition to the investments required by Subsections A and G of this section" and on line 18, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof ", the".

    4. On page 6, lines 11 and 12, remove the brackets and the line through "In addition to the investments provided for in Subsections A and F of this section" and on line 12, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof ", the".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
